- All item shipped will include a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us directly.
- Pre made items will ship within one week of your purchase.
- If you are in Canada or the U.S, please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive.
- If you are outside of Canada or the U.S, please note that it can take up to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Please plan accordingly.
- If you wish to receive your package sooner then the average wait times, please contact us directly for a shipping upgrade.
- Kitten and Cutie is not responsible for customs fees. If you do not wish to pay custom fees, please return your package and we will refund the cost of the item.
- All payments are required at the time of checkout
- We are currently only accepting paypal.

Refunds, Exchanges and cancelation:
- All SALES ARE FINAL. Due to all of our items being hand made and one of a kind, we will not offer refunds or cancelations for regular products.
- If you receive a product you see as unfit or damaged, we will gladly offer to fix your current item or exchange for something similar. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photos and your reason for wanting an exchange or repair.
- ****If you are purchasing an item for another person, please be willing to take accountability. We will not offer refunds in the event of someone not paying you back for your purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness, threats, aggressive language or anything of the sort will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
- We are not responsible for any injury that may occur while wearing our products.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after receiving your item.
- We are not taking custom order at this time.
