FAQs

Shipping:

  • All item shipped within Canada include a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us directly.
  • Pre made items will ship within one week of your purchase.
  • If you are in Canada or the U.S, please allow 8-10 business days for your package to arrive.
  • If you are outside of Canada or the U.S, please note that it can take up to 4 weeks for your package to arrive. Please plan accordingly. 
  • If you wish to receive your package sooner then the average wait times, please contact us directly for a shipping upgrade.
  • Kitten and Cutie is not responsible for customs fees. If you do not wish to pay custom fees, please return your package and we will refund the cost of the item.

Payment:

  • All payments are required at the time of checkout
  • We accept all major credit cards, and paypal.. 
  • Custom order reservations require a $5 payment at the time of checkout. This price will be taken off the total price of the final product. If the custom order is not paid for in full within 10 days of purchasing your reservation, your reservation will be lost, and your deposit will not be refunded. 
  • please contact us as soon as possible if you require a shipping upgrade

Refunds:

  • If you are unhappy with your product, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. This applies to un worn and un damaged items. If your product has been tampered with, we will only issue a 50% refund. 
  • Cancelled custom orders will only be refunded 50%
  • Custom order reservations are non refundable. We will only issue a refund if we decide we are unable to make the item requested.

Additional policies:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rudeness, threats, aggressive language or anything of the sort will not be tolerated under any circumstance. 
  • We are not responsible for any injury that may occur while wearing our products.
  • We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after 7 days of receiving your item. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any custom order request. If your custom order request is rejected, your reservation deposit will be refunded in full.

Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders require a custom order reservation. We release a limited number of reservations per month. If we do not have any reservations currently posted, you will have to wait for the next release date.
  • Deposits for custom order reservations are non refundable. The Only time we will refund a deposit is if we decide we can not fulfill your request.
  • Cancelled custom orders will only be refunded 50%
  • Custom order must be paid for in full within 10 days of making your reservation. If you do not pay in full within the 10 day time period, your deposit will be lost, and your reservation will be given to someone else.
